DELTA SQUAD FOUNDATION
A first-generation graduate from a non-defence background, was recommended as an officer for both the Army and Navy three times—all in his first attempts—between the age of 19 and 21. He joined the Indian Navy and resigned on medical grounds as a Sub Lieutenant during probation. He later founded Delta Squad, a voluntary disaster response force under NDMA, leading missions that rescued over 3,300 people during floods in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Wayanad (2015–2025). During COVID-19, his team reached 7 lakh people and co-developed a low-cost ventilator. He has trained 338 Armed Forces officers, 250 IAS/IPS officers, and was shortlisted for the Netaji Aapda Prashkar 2025 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Office.

Delta Squad Foundation: A Legacy of Service and Valor
A voluntary disaster response squad registered as an NGO, founded in 2015 by Esan and now guided by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). Comprising trained youth and serving tri-services officers, the squad has rescued over 3,300 people during major floods across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Wayanad (2015–2025). During the COVID-19 crisis, it reached nearly 7 lakh people and co-developed a low-cost ventilator with the Indian Army. Delta Squad also runs the Officers Preparing Academy, which has produced 338 Armed Forces officers and 250 civil servants—blending humanitarian service with leadership training and nation-building.

WHY DELTA SQUAD?
Delta Squad stands at the intersection of disaster response, youth empowerment, and nation-building. With a proven track record of saving over 3,300 lives during natural calamities and reaching 7 lakh people during the COVID-19 crisis, the squad is professionally trained in search and rescue and operates under the guidance of NDMA. Beyond humanitarian missions, it runs the Officers Preparing Academy, which has shaped 338 Armed Forces officers and 250 civil servants. Delta Squad is more than a response team—it's a movement driven by courage, service, and leadership.
